There is a non-refundable deposit made for all services. Your appointment bookings will be confirmed and held once the deposit is in place. The non-refundable deposit is used towards your first appointment.

Hair Extension & Color Services – $50 Deposit + GST
Cut Services – $25 Deposit + GST
Ordering Hair Extensions – $200 Deposit + Taxes

All Payments can be made by e-transfer to the Stylist you’re booked with.

We do understand that there are times when things come up and you will need to cancel. Cancellations and “No-Shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn maintains a high level of service for you and as well as others. Due to a large block of time needed for these services, if appointment is not cancelled at 48 hours in advance, a cancelation fee will be charged. ($25 – $50 plus GST fee for 1hr appointments – ex: haircuts, blowdries. $50 – $100 plus GST fee for anything over 1hr – ex: colors, extensions.) We will then require 100% deposit for all future bookings for No shows.

You will be sent a reminder 2 days before your appointment via text or email.

K.Ko hair studio tries to accommodate late arrivals. However, if you are more than 15 mins late, we may not be able to provide the services you are booked for.

We do our best at K.Ko Hair Studio and take clients feedback very seriously. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, your original stylist will gladly adjust your cut or color with 7 days of your original appointment. No refunds on services.

Any cancellation or changes in appointments must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled appointments; otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. Clients arriving for appointments 30 mins late or more will have to reschedule another appointment.
